GRENADA Old Radio Comedian Stamps

1 comment:

  1. Beautiful. Marx, Berg, Cantor, Benny, Skelton, Wynn, Penner, Colonna and Fada. Half of them have never even been on a stamp in their own country. Eddie Cantor, not only a star of stage, film, radio and TV, but also helped found The March of Dimes. He was the first president of the Screen Actors Guild, he used his celebrity status to fight against racism and anti-Semitism when that stand wasn't so popular (and took the hit for it, losing his radio show as result), did high profile charity work his entire professional life. Never been on an American stamp. Shameful.
